1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Lugha, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the platform.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Lugha platform for data translation and corpora extraction in accordance with your subscription, assignment, or authorized organizational access. This license does not include reselling the service, reverse engineering the platform, or using it to build a competing product.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Lugha are provided on an 'as is' basis. Lugha makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by standard international business law and the laws applicable to Lugha Data Operations' principal place of business. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
